Year and condition don't matter as long as you are in the midwest. I'm in Fargo, ND so the closer to that the better. I'm looking for something cheap.....$2000 or less. I would prefer a title, but will consider anything. let me know if you have anything or know anyone who does. I would also be interested in a frame and building from there, but again i need to keep the cost down.

At this point I'm looking for either. I would prefer a street worthy bike or one that could be made streetable, but a cheap track bike would at least be something to tinker with for now.
