last night @ the stunt lot one guy was drifting figure 8's, little tiny circles (15 feet) with the bike down to 55* or so, and the rear @ the rev limiter. it was too dark for my camera to pick it up on video, and didn't want to use the flash.
the smoothness of this guy's throttle /brake control was so cool to watch. from 20 feet away it's pretty cool to see, to me.
blah blah blah private lot, so dun go getting all huffy about squids on public roads ;)
uber ghey squidies!
drifting my ass all he was doing is burning rubber
Now what's badass is watching Rossi back the ass of that M1 into the turns at 100+ mph.
indeed :icon_mrgreen:
Or Xaus one handedly powersliding a ducati hypermotard through a left corner whilst waving to the crowd!

man, that would be cool to see first hand. i haven't seen a mc race with that level of pro talent in person- must be a BLAST ! TV makes it seem so not-real. Smelling the rubber and hearing/feeling the exhaust really must be awesome !
Ohgood, did your mother ever tell you that you hung out with the wrong crowd? :icon_mrgreen: :icon_razz:

Speaking of Ductards, when ya gonna cave in and get one Kas?? Everyone on the Duc board thinks they're the coolest little multi-purpose bikes, still get to about 130 and get there damn quick.

ya, i can totally dig that. i don't have the skills to do it myself. these guys are pros and semi-pros, and the bikes are setup for the abuse. between the crash cages and extra motors in the box trucks, i'd say they were ready for anything. even a cot for extra-curricular activities or ride-down transport.
i try to stay away from squids that just do stupid stuff on the open road. :)

Im toying at the minute spcT' id love one of those but can't see them being practical for my commute to work - hence looking at an sv1000. However nothing can happen till ive fixed the damage to my car from thieves breaking in! Bloody screwdriver hammered through the door and lock, need a new door skin and it painting up. Then i can look at which bike im going to get - however it is definate the ZXR will be going and a new baby will be joining my garage.
Anywhos when are you coming to SEE my garage? You still coming over here to do Uni?
Its still in the air. Finances are the only problem, 19000US is a lot to pay just for a years tuition.
Get the Duc!!! I've heard they're actually pretty good commuters and its a Duc!!
Mhmm Im looking at getting a Truimph Daytona 675 for my 21st Birthday

My wife was in vet school it was 30k per year and that was for an in state resident at state college not a private university :icon_rolleyes:
No postgraduate program is cheap anywhere when it comes to medicine or law.
Check out the prices for a law degree from the University of Tulsa, TU.
I've got a buddy who just went through law school and only paid $6400 in tuition a year. My cousin on the other hand has 100k in student loans to pay off, but he took em out to cover living expenses in the final years of his PHD too.
