I'm looking to transfer with my job up to idaho in the next year or two and wanted to find out if anyone has spent a long period of time there or lives there currently. It'd be an instant pay raise for me just because of the cost of living is dramatically lower.
Northern Idaho - Lived there in 1993-94, gorgeous place and nearly 100% white.
They ironically hate californians more than blacks or Indians or mexicans.
Coeur d'lene - was near where I lived. Spokane WA to be exact.

Cool, thats what I was looking to find out. I'd have to get a plate change awful quick then as I hear about people up there harassing others with cali plates on them. I'm actually looking to transfer with costco so coeur d'alene, twin falls, boise city, and spokane are the only places that I could really consider given the locations. I'm white so I guess I'd fit in.

I lived in Idaho Falls (eastern Idaho) in 2006 and it is WHITE ha ha.. It's alright if you don't mind the harsh winter weather and shorter riding season.
