Title: Evolution from E to F.
Post by: average on April 06, 2008, 10:44:16 PM
Sup,guys. Yep, you read it right. I actually did with a huge shout out to Ken!!! We started first thing this morning. We a couple of issues arise but for the most part it was very informative. Here are a few pics.

Full fairings complete w/Kat FE,shock and rear wheels swap :thumb:

Again, shouts out to Ken for doing some amazing work. And we had a special guest stop by. Some of you may know him  ;)

At any rate let me know what you think. I still have some bugs to work out with my brakes and the Kat axle which I have already sourced and will be receiving tommorrow. Fairings will be painted sometime this summer.

Red mud, its a feature ...
Its a unavoidable feature south of Virginia, all the way through Lousiana/TX on the west, and possibly FL on the south and maybe as far west as OK.
In Whole area of the US called the south.
Cool.

It feels exactly like a Kat! Can't due too much since I still have the GS axle so its not really safe to ride.

Yea red clay is red for a reason - hematite - AKA rust ... rich in iron, its very good for growing almost anything, but it gets into everything, retains water like a PMS'ing fat chick, and is just plain ugly to boot. Literally.
Now a redneck like Werase lives in it and its everywhere around his place. City dwellers see less of it on a daily basis, but its downright nasty when you do. On the roads when it rains, it turns it into a red river that you get on your windsheild etc etc ...
Cool.

Yea yea yea ... the Buddha is a cheapskate. BTW I also said that the damn lowes foods only had 2, 6 packs. They also had no clue about what exactly they would get, the clown was like ... shiner Book ... no, hefe - what ... no idea man.
Your movies are comming back.
The welded tabs ... well OK ... I welded the threaded inserts in mine ... you see the tabs are ~1/8th of an inch off the frame ... now you dump the bike and bend or break the tab, what you gonna do ... In my method, you take off the tab and buy another tab (easily available by suzuki for $6 - $15 depending on which tab). In any case, I had to do it as jacob was asking ... he was footing the bill ...  :thumb: ...
You need forks or triple welded diaz ... let me know, I have to split the thing and you get the chewed up triple form ken and fit it on yours and send me the good triple etc etc.
Good to be back too ... you clowns are the comic relief of my life.
The jeff, we shall speak of the jeff ???
Cool.

Does have a pic of how the baffle mounts up under there? If I could see which way it goes I could make it fit.  O0
