So i just purchased a b12 swing arm off ebay for 29.50 including shipping, actually paid 10.50 for the swing arm alone. i was wondering if anyone knew where i can get the bushings to fit it. Im going for a 200 tire with a gsxr read shock sprung for my weight. Ill be installing a gsxr usd front end as well (might need a lil help on turning the steering stem a lil to get it to fit). Once i start the dis-assembly I will be gettin rid of the extra parts. I have an 89 just for the record and i picked it up for my old sidekick 2 in a trade haha... Oh my goal is to make a pretty sick streetfighter with all the looks and the reliability, mpg and insurance of a gs. Thanks in advance for any help given!!

Sorry I can't offer any help, but I can't wait to see pics of the finished product! :thumb:
Get the measurements of what you need and have a machine shop make them. That is what I did on the 3 RGV s/a I have installed. Actually I had our machinist at work make most of them, sucks that he retired this year. I know there are a few people here on this board that can make them. My lathe is not working properly and is need of replacement... I have been looking.
I have a sketch somewhere with the dimensions of what needed to be turned on the 99 Gix750 stem to fit the GS frame.
post pics of the swing arm i am interested in seeing what it looks like
Jim used a b12 sa , and he sed it was a case to just two bushings , he had the size and measurements also , i think it was on A thread , lil have a Hunt

You sent a pm? If so there is no confirmation, there is an option to save a copy to your outbox so you know it sent.
yup... i even tried that and nothing. Maybe something is wrong. I even tried to send a pm to myself to no avail...haha
Did you click "profile" at the top of your screen, then "personal message options" on the right, then "save copy to my out box..." ? If not try that, I know there's the option to save it when you send the message. If you just did that, then try this.
Thanks buck...i sent off yet another and this one finally saved. SO im good...hey do you know which rims would work best? i want a 180-200 rear and a 130ish front, yet i want them matching and i think i need some that fit the cush drive if i remember reading correctly. I am doing a gsxr usd front end too...dont know if its gonna be a 600, 750, 1000 or a busa on of them though!!
17x6.0 RF900,busa 17x6.0,TLR 17x6.25
You'll need to space out the front sprocket with any tire wider than a 160.
TL's are 6.5" and come stock with a 190. I ran a 180 on mine.
fronts on Gixxers/TL USD are 3.5" and use a 120.
Hmmm....sounds like i am now on the lookout for some tl wheels. Once again thanks for all the help!!
