Barely finish :)
Holy Smokes! That's an awesome bike, man. I saw your old videos and they really helped lean me toward the GS. I figured that even if I move up to a new bike, I could always make the GS a streetfighter. By the way, what mods do you have on that thing and how long did it take to do it all? Finally, what kind of seat is that and how hard was it to get it on there?
MV Agusta Headlight? How did you mod the swingarm to fit that tire? Very cool. Good job on that.
Also, brakes? What are they? Sweet.

That tail looks good, what is it? Nice forks too! Great looking bike. :thumb:
love everything except the headlight. Looks a bit too far away from the bike. How did you get that tire in there???

I like it even more now, I must know, what bike is that tail from?
Absolutely stunning. I need to know what parts you used and how you did the tail section!
swingarm is notched and the tail is an r6/r1.
Very cool... Any info on what was done to instal the tail section?
I will add more info when I get home. I'm working right now :(
Tail is R6
Front end, brakes and shocks are GSXR600 2005
how did you get the r6 tail on there was it a hard mod or pretty easy ?
Damnit Filipe, you and Jim_Knopf make GS's look freakin awesome :thumb:
can you take a picture of that subframe for me?
my next idea for my GS was to get something new on the back to make it a one seater like yours.
I think we have enough votes for an official "how-to" write up on that tail! If you're up to it that is. :)

LOve that Phat tire , i no u had a Hayabusa rear wheel on the other with a 190 i believe
Very Cooooooolllllllllllllll!

What are your plans for the exhaust?
looks great! personally i would save the money and upgrade to a 600r of some sort
some very nifty ideas in use here, good concept so far but...
ARRRRGH at the subframe extending out under the tail bent out to support the tail. ffs just cut and bend from the base, not the end - it's still going to take forces in the same directions it wont make any difference except it looks crap bent out like that! (unless you plan on mounting exhausts off it like a hanger or something, i dont know) seriously the 2nd gs fighter ive seen make that mistake, please, PLEASE sort it out - it'd look superb otherwise!
oh and also maybe consider finding something that'll work as a cover plate between the tail and tank? not sure how that'd work, but thought i'd throw it in as a possible suggestion.
but definately sort the damn frame!
sorry if i seem too negetive here, i think youve got a great thing going on all else otherwise, litterally if you had that sorted, and maybe tarted up the headlight a little, you'd be spot on for a perfect job :icon_mrgreen:
New pictures with exhaust and a new headlight support!

Looks awesome, you wanna come work on mine?
please give details on what it took to get the front end and the rear tire like that.
and thanks for beating me to the underside slash cut exhaust!

Is that a belt drive?
looks like a chain to me. :dunno_white:
Dang, as far as the rear tire goes I see what you did but man dont you think its dangerous running the brake without its brace? I am going to do the same thin as far as putting a 180 rear tire but I am just going to notch the brace because thats all that it really needs. Do you have any type of brace for the undermount? Is it a ladybird by chance?
we never got all the details!!!
filipe - please live a long and productive life so we can enjoy the fruits of your labors.
i <3 your bikes. thanks. :)

Come on felipe! Spill your guts.
bike looks awesome!
congrats!
i love the way you left those hex nuts (don't know the official name) silver... looks great!
also, where'd you get those foot pegs?
This bike is justice for the name "street fighter". Looks great.
No exhaust?
hey where did you learn how to do an R6 tail conversion, do yo know of a former post or a tutorial somewhere on the web you could refer me to?
All that work and you kept the stock rear-sets?
