well its not a T-bird far from it ....lol its a 1989 Honda Accord LXI ... gotaa love those MPG cars... although the GS out preforms it on a daily basis. Thx for all the Great comments i am really Lovin the GS . I was a Ninja 250R rider an that thing Just blowed IMO , i did consider the 500R Ninja but i wanted another full faring Bike and they(kawasaki) did not update the 500 like the 250R got Updated. my latest Mods go as the simple ones , Handle bars (Aero-Flex) Dirt-bike - Blacked out windscreen , 2#4 flat washers added to the carbs..bike ran way lean off show room floor, It keep poping back through the Carbs on short revs....Last but it was the First was the Fender Chop

heres a pic of the windscreen

Well the Ninja 250 was a ok bike it helped me learn real fast the diffrence between dirt and street ... (former CR250 rider) but after 2 wrecks--(lady turned left infront of me) and a lil bit of asphalt ballet (rear wheel lost grip while in turn) i had found the bike didnt weight enough the shocks were to soft an it cost crazy amounts $ to get new farings..... i guess i biggest complaint was that its a small bike an people didnt see me to well .. but then agian most people never see a bike rider untill after the fact eh? its just a lil under powered but it was nimble . although its brakes were a lil sluggish ...and the samll fact all the other guys that i ride with laughed at me for being on such a lil bike.... here a pic of the ninja after the 2 wrecks for the most part it was fixed enough. i let her go to a friend for a song...$900 plus he was a new bike rider an he needed to learn so it was a good deal ..

Ah, who cares if you can still hang with the gixxers and others in the twisties.  I love the SS guys who ride around and when they look back and you're on their butt on a 1/4 of the horsepower bike, they can't get rid of you.  Welcome to the forum.

Ok guys the newest add-ons are  a Yosh RS-3 off a Wrecked 07 ZZR ($75) a Jet kit (27/65/150+2.5) an a Race-Foam Filter Pods . 17 tooth(sunstar) front sprocket ($27.00) Parts Unlimited. I swaped Out my Handle bars with a Set of Drag bars ...($78)Parts Unlimited . added a set of Blue LED light bars to the Inside faring(free-from buddie) an last I shortened my front turn single stalks . Flush mounts looked stupid to me so i modded the factory ones... watcha think is it gettin there?

The nighthawk should be done and able to be out on the street in the next 2 days ... I am only awaiting its tank to come back too, so after that I am good.
BTW what you looking for in specific - I may have it at my welder ... need to get it here in case.
The short list is - Clip on's off 89, clip on - tommaselli's that were cracked but been welded, Kat Fe, kat rear shock - OK 1 is sold, other may be here, its pending sale so its eye candy, GSXR shock, Kat rear wheel, fork brace, steel braided lines (Oh, may not have one for the single looooong line, I know I have kat ones) the list goes on.
I am of late into suspension stuff, so I got shocks I removed the springs as well as that are opened up ... like the body been sliced open ...
The experimental parts I want to make are basically ... shhh ... in person.
I wanna meet the great rapid-viper too. 2-3 days ...
Cool.

So well just have to see what we can come up with BTW buddha You da Man!

Yea I used to banana the bars for the 01+. And Drag bars are stupid, clubmans are even worse, SM's work fine but are $$, I made ~100 bars in 2 different designs. Very one was close to sm's, other was a new idea I had. They were hand made on a GS tried and ridden for several days by 2-3 GStwinners (ginovega was one and its new owner atlrider is now complaining the bars are a bit crooked ) and I eventually jigged and made several ... close to 100. Nothing fits or works like that IMHO.
Anyway, clip on's off an 89 with bars bent ~10 degrees out will work like a charm and look awesome ... viper - send me email ID, I'll put pics up.
Heck I should just put it up I think. But I am lazy.
K watch this space.
yamahon - Yes in charlotte, and Bars may be happening, steel is so freaking $$ now, I am hoping to get a few other items made that use less of it. Then on to bars. The Kat front and rear ends have me scrambling now, as is my non leak GS FE. It looks like I am far behind on it, but I will be on it in the next few days. Could be done if my experiment works.
Cool.
Buddha.
