I am trying to replace the crank bearings on my GS500 and accidently popped out the crank balancer. Now, I do not know how to line it up. For Example, what position should it be in when the engine is in TDC?
I have a manual on order (it sucks a clymer is not made yet), but it will take 2 weeks. Can anyone please help me with this. If I can get this right, I will be riding this weekend. If not, I will have to wait weeks. Thanks way ahead of time.

does this help ?
I can email you whatever pages you need, if you want the full assembly, no problem...
there was a link around here somewhere to the FSM in pdf format... my search foo is weak.
There is a "dot" on the counterbalancer drive gear, that needs to be lined with a dot that is on the crankshaft drive gear. This would be the two gears that connect the crank and the counterbalancer.
