I bought anodized Blue from this guy... I love mine...the link is for carbon fiber, but probably shoot him an email he may have more or on his ebay store.

I bet a powdercoating shop in your town will do both levers for about 5-10$

Are those the 14.99 plus shipping levers. I've been going back and forth on whether or not to get them.

If it is thanks for posting about how good they are!

I love my blue one's.... perfect fit, not a single issue with mine, and I got ~ 12K miles on them now.

lots of things can be made to fit. It depends upon how much you want them. I'm not expert on levers, but they can't be THAT hard to make fit.

(who knows, maybe they are....nah)

Yes. The brake lever on the GS can accomodate most other suzuki ones but the clutch would require a new lever assembly. Don't really want to hassle with that or try to mod the electrical on the clutch assembly to accomodate another lever.

I just want a red stock GS lever.

So we CAN'T just swap the lever out of the clutch assembly???
I thought you just unbolt it, put on the new one, at least if it is supposed to fit a GS.. ???

The stock GS lever is pretty much interchangable with other Suzukis, it is the same lever exactly as on my GSF650 and the same lever is also listed as both a Yama and Kawa part on a UK parts website so it should be pretty simple.

Can you post a direct link to that UK parts website? It might help some of us figure out which levers are interchangeable. Thanks

i know previously i was a proponent of the raptor levers that you can find on e-bay.   however after having them for a year i DO NOT recommend them for the gs.  they just are not durable enough

What about the Gixxer levers? They have a curve that would let me cover my front brake a lot more easily and efficiently, the stockers even when adjusted all the way in is really floppy and has a lot of play, and is still hard to reach, the "C" shape of the Gixxers would make it so much easier, plus they have that anodized blue..   8)

Anyone know?   :dunno_white:

I believe both outlets are actually the same company but the ranges ( and sometimes prices) differ.

Really???  Will they bend before they break?  :icon_confused:  I don't know aluminum, I've only worked with bronze and steel.

Cool but a little expensive. Something within the US would be ideal and less $.

Hey Frankie,

If you check Wal-Mart some of them actually have a bell tank pack that I got for twenty bucks If I still had it ( was stolen off the bike) I would have given it to you. If I come accross another I will let you know.

At what point do you think you will be in the Florida area?

Mary S.

P.S. How much luggage and clothes are you going to get on the Gs? A tank bag, saddle bag and what else. It doesn't seem like it would hold all that much.

What was happening with the raptors that caused problems.  I'm looking at getting a raptor shifter now.
