Shoot me a price.
Unfortunately, Suzuki doesn't sell a carb rebuild kit. You have to buy what you need piece by piece.
Buy all the seals and o-rings, then open them up and see what things look like. Inspect the diaphragms very carefully for cracks. They should be soft and supple. If they're cracked or hard, replace them.
The only other things that may be worn are the float needles and seats and the jet needles. Beyond that, unless you have a leaky float full of gas you should be fine. :thumb:
Geep - we suspect a bad pair of float needles and seat combo.
The thought he had was to buy a rebuild kit and fit it.
Cool.
Buddha.
Myself and other members have bought them from a guy in Daytona Beach, FL. He sells on eBay but I cant find his listing right now.. I will see if I can find his name :thumb:
