Kennedy did have a rather valid reason for his doings, I'd say a lot of blame lies with W as Castro came out of power during W's administration.
so would it be easy to get one over to cali?
i would think it would be ok. i will try and find a nice one
saweet give me a price when you get one
There is a certain amount of risk doing this. Mail from Canaa to US addresses can be inspected and one of you would get busted.
The mailing risk would be MUCH less if Frankie carries them over the border and mails from within the US. Hypothetically speaking, of course...
But then Frankie has to get across the border without the Gestapo finding his contraband.
   stupid borders. ooooooo put the cigar in a handlebar grip the reseal the container :thumb:
Frankie, do you have dual citizenship? Technically, it's illegal for a US citizen to deal in cuban goods even entirely outside of the US. This includes recreational use of tobacco products. According to the OFAC site fines as high as 250k or 10 years imprisonment can be imposed on any US citizen violating the embargo on cuban goods.
So, yeah, it's legal for an American citizen to go to Amsterdam and get high as hell, but not to go to Canada and enjoy a nice cigar :cookoo: :cookoo: :cookoo:

 That statement cracked me up!
I find that if you 'look' American and answer all the questions calmly you should be able to scoot through boarder patrol fairly easily. Just make up some secret hose that you can store stogies in and put it in your fuel tank. Like in Easy Rider. O0
Or shove em up your ass............... good enough for the coke smugglers

Can't go wrong with Cohiba or Monte Cristo's
I prefer the Monte Cristo #2's

Always an option... :cookoo:
However with a little planning and I do mean a LITTLE, you should be able to come up with a place a bit more comfortable. :dunno_white:
OR, you could just not commit what essentially amounts to a federal offense over a f%$king cigar...........
The Treasury Dept. has in the past issued individual exemptions allowing 'businessmen' to import cuban goods while in cuba on business, but restricts the goods to personal use. Sounds like a couple of head honchos in DC have a taste for cuban cigars. :icon_rolleyes:

its been in place during and since kennedy. i actually admire kennedy for his doings. but teh embargo has accomplished nothing. every country BUT us is doing business with em. but ehll frankie if you can get a couple my way, lemme know. ive never ahd trouble getting one or two in the us, when id go to cnada noa regular basis.
I admire JFK most because he nailed Marilyn Monroe.
↑↑↑ teh lucky bastard ↑↑↑ didnt RFK get her too? :dunno_white:

And twice in ONE day, I agree 100% with Yama. Dude O0
And then Billy Bob Clinton goes and puts an incredibly ugly spin on Presidential adulterous relationships :icon_rolleyes: Stupid Redneck.
JFK was a freaking pimp, the man had women falling on him everywhere.
he was good looking, rich and had a good family name. not bad things to have. lol btw it may not be legal to go to canada to have a cuban, but it is a law which is unenforceable tho

now thats funny...there are members of my family much worse than i. this comes from growing up on the boarder and everyone knowing you and you knowing all the routes. i have a cousin who could prolly get a bright yellow semi truck with COGAINE written in bit letters on board. actually they just go over and buy gas and food which is much cheaper in calais
Prove I am bringing back cuban cigars in my travel humidor...
Laws may have changed but US customs laws were like this when a buddy was bringing Monte Cristo's back from mexico.
Any box of contraband cigars which had at least 2 cigars missing from the box was a conficatable offense with no charges. You could get popped with 10 boxes as long as each box was missing 2 cigars the took em and waved you through.
I carry an otterbox travel humidor when I travel, prove those cigars without bands on them are cuban :thumb: Of course I only tote about 20 cigars it's a small humidor.
just don't buy the cigars in the metal tubes....BOMB!!!

i wear a loose fitting sock. they go in there until i back across :thumb: :nono:
so how much do you want to spend on one cigar? they run from a couple of bucks to around 30 bucks a pop
Id say $20
Did you know that when Hugh Heffner dies he will be buried next to Marlyin Monroe. How in the hell did such a Male chauvanist pig get so rich and admired?!?!?!?!
I guess since she was his first Playgirl that he should be buried by her.
I'm just full of useless information.

pm sent, the guy at the smoke shop recommended a 35 dollar Cuban communist cigar. if we are going through the trouble of doing this you might as well get one of the better ones. check out my pm and see if my suggestion is OK with you. if it is i can get one off to you tomorrow or the next day...OK :thumb:
