Title: gs700es clip-ons on a 1990 gs500?

im looking for some clipons for my gs and i found these, will they fit? has anyone used/tried them before? they look like this: (http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c204/bobbyg1243/017.jpg)

Do you know what size the forks are on that bike? The gs forks are 37mm

37mm also, the only difference i beleive is that these ones dont have a clamp, they look like the bolt on from the top. im not too sure though.

It does look like that, you could probably have a hole drilled and tapped to make those work.

It would be very difficult to get those to work.There's no where to bolt them down.The GS uses a top mount on top of the triple clamp.When or if you could turn they'd hit the tank.

Ben's right, you should probably go with something designed for the gs.

Or some regular clip ons for 37mm forks

buy a 89 triple...i think some are listed for sale here, and you can have any clip ons you like.  i have it on my gsf and love it.
