Title: front rotors
Post by: Tang on April 28, 2008, 05:55:45 PM
so i'm wanting to change the front rotors but i found out i did't have the metric allen wrenches and i did't want to strip them so i put the brakes and stuff back on everything back

on except that metal that goes through the nut (don't know if thats important)

but when i spin the front wheel i hear this scrappiing noise from my breakes on to my old rotors i don't know if this is bad or good can someone please help me?

PUT THE COTTER PIN BACK IN!The brake pads rub the rotor ever so lightly. If you can spin the wheel and it don't stop in a half turn, you're good to ride.
