Title: Rear shock photos
Post by: ruger on April 29, 2008, 05:40:48 PM
Hello Guys and Gals,

Ive been doing ton of searching on the whole rear shock replacement but, I havent found any good before and after photos. anyone have any?

I made shorter dogbones to test things out, but the bikes swing arms hit the adjustment collar so the bones wont fit. Long bones lower, short raise right!!

I have an 2007 GS500F and wonder if anyone has used the katana shock... and what year shock did you use. I just want to make sure i'm buying the correct shock.

Have there been any major chages in the GS in the newer years, suspension wise?

I could get a pic up this weekend if you want. Basically you just want to look for a katana 600 shock, any year after 1988 I believe.

Here's one on ebay
