I'm down to parting the last bits of my bike out. The pic shows the engine still in the frame, but it will come out this weekend. I'm selling the frame only - $100 and it comes with a clear Virginia title. This bike was NOT crashed and parted, the frame is straight. All VIN tags intact.
I'm located in Portsmouth, Virginia (near Virginia Beach). I would prefer local pickup (I might be willing to deliver it locally as well), but would consider shipping if the buyer arranges and pays for it. Thanks for looking!

Hey buddy. It's a little tough for me to get out these days since we now have the baby and by the time I get home from work the wife is ready for a break. That said, I am taking a ride up to Smith Mountain Lake with my father-in-law this weekend and if he has room in the car and doesn't mind a brief stop I may be able to catch you on the way there or back. I'd say we'll be hitting Emporia around 8:30 Friday night - can you accommodate that (assuming I have time to pull the motor tonight!). If you're closer to SML (we'll be in a little town called Moneta...about 30 minutes from Roanoke), I might be able to meet you out that way somewhere.

I'm not sure if we're coming back home Saturday night or Sunday morning...and Danville is an hour out of the way since we'll be taking Rt. 460 home. hey by chance did or do you have some custom painted gs tank and race tail on ebay right now? the seller is in VA, and teh tank and tail both say octane magazine or the liek ( something about a "now defunct magazine") cause im really diggin the color schemes

Yup, that's my crap on ebay. I'm trying to buy a race car and am selling all my bike crap. The clip-ons are for a '99 GSX-R 600, the front end on my bike was from a gixxer. But yeah, if you want 'em just about everything I own is currently for sale. Including my current bike - know anybody in the market for a big naked Kawi?! The bike is mint and has only 8,000 miles on it. I'll take $4,500 for it (that's my lowball price, so please don't bust my balls. It's advertised locally for $4,950 and I have some interest...but I'll disclose the let it go price for my old GSTwin buddies!). It's got a Muzzy exhaust and Corbin seat - fast and comfy!

Want one?! I sold the wheel, tire, rotors, and fender but have the rest of it. I was going to hang onto it for a future project, but I doubt I'll build another GS at this point. I have straight forks (one needs a seal...but I think I even have a spare seal), calipers, lines, master cylinder (the plastic cup needs to be replaced), triples, a custom steering stem made for the GS, and the clip-ons. It's all in pretty good shape, needs to be cleaned up. 225 bucks shipped. You'll need a fluid cup, wheel/tire/rotors and maybe an axle. If I can find the axle I'll send it.

It is indeed a lunchbox - one of the very few things in my garage not for sale. The motor is pretty tired, but I'm stuffing it away to rebuild for a future project I have cooking...555 stuffed in a stock looking old GS400. Muuuuhhhuuuhhhhuuhhaaaahhaaaa!!

The Kawi is gone...but it was indeed a bad machine. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it's a bit heavy, but it was a great bike. I'd buy another one.
is the frame still for sale? If so how much does it weigh so i can figure shipping!
