Bought this from a guy on ebay. Was supposed to be a rear tire, but it says on the tire For Front Wheel Use Only. Tread maybe 50% (+/-). Will take $20.00 plus shipping.
Did you contact the seller? What did he have to say about the false advertising?
Well, I did the deal with a guy I had dealt with before on ebay. The deal for this particular tire was done through e-mail. Should've known better, but the guy had been alright on other deals and seemed very nice. Maybe he just didn't look at the tire well enough. It is in pretty small print. But, then again, even with my limited knowledge of motorcycle tires, I could tell it was a front as soon as I saw it. Maybe he did it on purpose. I dunno. Either way, I'm stuck with a tire I can't use and will use it as a way to make my bonfire hotter in a few weeks if no-one wants it. Someone make an offer.
