what can you guys tell me bout this bike? i saw one for sale today. it looks in ok shape on the outside. some duct tape on the seat.  :laugh:     i'm not sure on the year model or price yet. i called the number but the guy won't be home until later tonight. i'll have more info when i talk to him. just wanted to kinda get some opinions from my trusted friends at GStwins!  :thumb:

Doesn't Buddha have one of these?  Isn't it basically Yam's version of the Katana?  If the price is right and it's in good condition, why not?

just talked to the guy. said he just put new plugs in today and new solenoid. he said it's an 1981 and has around 8,000 miles. wants $700.

IDK much about that bike, but if it runs well and isn't a basket case, $700 is probably a real good price.

I don't know for sure, but if I had to guess, I would say power is somewhere around 50hp on an '81 seca 750.  You'd be fine.
