I cut the loop short this morning for my Sunday ride and only did 18 miles instead of the usual 60. I am getting quite close to the 2K mark on my 2000 GS500EY.
It's time for a party. We are grilling/smoking chicken thighs that were marinated in garlic and cajun spices to "permeate" the meat. This should be done "overnight" but I only had a few hours to do so. I am doing it over coals and hickory. We are gonna have Southern cream corn and green bean casserole with piping hot buttered french garlic bread toasted in the oven. All are welcome to come over and pay homeage to the maid of honor.........baby Suzi-Q. And of course you have a free meal and a free place to stay.
I've turned my life around and have a case of Coors Light instead of my Regular Budweiser. Any and all welcomed, even you stinking liberals. :)
