Title: Clutch perch?

So while scouring bike ads, I think I may have found my old bike again. Apparently the guy I sold it to is in massive debt and selling it for only $1k now, except now it has a broken clutch perch. Anyone know where I can get a new one and how to install it?

Ebay and a good clymers or haynes manual.
