ok, so I had to replace my grips and one of my bar ends came off without a hitch. The other took a couple of hours because the screw was bent and stripped. So I've been to every hardware store and Auto Store around and cannot find a matching screw. I found that it is a #6 and possibly 60 long, but I cannot find these anywhere. Any ideas? I just need the screws, ends are in good shape.
Thanks.
A lot of times, Suzuki uses weird bolts that hardware stores don't carry. You can always get the part from bikebandit.com or ronayers.com it's $1.15 at ronayers. Or your local dealer, although they would probably have to order it.

drill out the hole on your bar end to a 1/4". drill your bar end PLUG with a #7 or .201 drill, then tap it with a 1/4-20 tap. those bolts are all over, stainless too, pan head, flat head, button head, whatever :)
I know there is nothing wrong with your bar ends but a nice set of anodized ends to match the colour of your ride look nice 8).
Thanks for the replies, i may just drill them to 1/4" I actually bought 1/4" screws to see if it would go, bought obviously not...8)
I looked @ ordering online, but the shipping itself is 2 times the cost of the screws.
Any links for new ones (Color Matching). My bike is pretty rough looking, but I'm planning to paint this winter, hopefully a Midnight blue with a bit of flake.
Appreciate the input.

Every single bike shop I've been in has those light weight ends. Aluminum, carbon, plastic, POINTY STEEL (WTF?!) and everything else. :)
If you have a set of stockers, the LEAD filled HEAVY ones, I'll buy em off you. I'm always looking for a way to weigh down my bars and prevent the massive torque from RIPPING the front wheel of the ground. (ok ok, kidding about the torque, but I do want stock lead bar ends)
I found some allen head bolts that fit and then just drilled out just enough of my bar end to let the head sit flush. Looks good and was cheap.
I found the 6mm allen heads with the correct lenght at True Value hardware store, they had them in aluminium, SS, and black oxide coated steel. This store was located close to a marina so theyed had quite abit more fasteners than most stores.
