Title: Just installed carb with jets
Post by: dsgs500f on May 24, 2008, 07:24:59 PM
So, I just picked up some carbs from club memeber (PIZZA). I have a question the hose that goes over the air box, what does it connect to or does it just dangle over it?

If it's a large hose that runs from the valve cover it should connect to the top of the air box.The only other hose over the air box is the drain for the rim where the gas cap is located.

Top of carbs there is  T fitting, that does go over the airbox and dangles into space. Very important that that hose is free and clear. Its the atmospheric equiliser hose.
Cool.
