Well, i hate to say it but i have moved on from my 2007 GS500F. I am thankful i ran into this site and i really appreciate the help and tips both for the bike and riding. The GS was an excellent bike and loved me through all RPM ranges. Unfortunately like all things, i must move forward. The bike of choice...on the left, and on the right is my old.

CHEERS guys/ gals,
Safe ridin'
congrats! let me know when you wanna go for a ride!
very nice upgrade :thumb:
good luck with new bike
Yea new ride looks great. :thumb:
Well, its been a while since i have last logged on...
What has happened...S/S lines...EBC pro-lite contour rotors and HH Pads...some other goodies etc...The bottom line is....
...The GSXR-600 IMHO is like cutting butter with a hot knife. I was extremely nervous for our new introduction and how we'd be getting acquainted...let me just say the bike feels like its on rails, my chicken fingers are almost gone and i have never felt a bike ride so smooth. The new brakes that i have added stops the bike extremely fast and doesn't get mushy stopping the bike from 200+km, or continual hard braking. ...I plan on like sanjay...tracking the bike, everything i am doing to her is leading up to it...obviously. Anyways, a few of you wanted to know how she rode etc...so I am just updating peeps.
Pix to follow...
The only negative i have is...that the speed-o is digital. Making it hard to read at high speeds...due to the fact that a 10 blocks turns into 1...and time to focus on the speed-o etc you get the picture....
congrats on the new bike and have fun.
Man what an upgrade. Enjoy the ride, that is one fantastic machine you've purchased.
:)
