Put some new Michelin Pilot Power shoes on it a couple weeks ago too :) :)
one of the best sounding vtwins around!
agreed, and although terry will disagree imho sounds better than a DUC :icon_twisted: :flipoff: :flipoff:  ive worked on those. absolutely loved doin it too :thumb:
looks good and by the pic looks like all the rotary damper is gone , i asume it has the olins in it . my friend has one as well and just love the sound of them!! :thumb:
Awesome!
incredible powa, incredible speed, keep yaself sane with the throttle now ;)
enjoy !
Awesome bike. :thumb:
i had the same bike with a yosh system but i wrecked it
I might have to buy a TLR next instead of an SV650SF. :icon_mrgreen:
So far i absolutely love the thing. I've got almost 500 miles on it in 3 weeks (one lake run). Anyways, hella fun, great torque, GREAT tone!! Very very very very easy bike to ride, its a bit heavier than anything ive ridden but its easily manageable with a little time. I'm lookin forward to gettin some track time in once I get used to bein on 2 again. Good times ahead indeed. Unfortunately there seems to be a local rash of riders loosing their lives lately, it really is a shame. One of them didnt even have the bike 24 hours, another was taken out by a new kid on an ex250 in a head on accident. Just ride safe, I know I will do all I can to keep shiny on top.
btw wil othe extras be for sale or are you keeping them as spares /trackday stuff
Yea the TL1000 engine is used on the drag strip as the engines are almost bullet proof.
The TL1000 motor is also used in the V-Strom 1000 with a couple slight mods. Proven strong powerplant and sounds GREAT
Nice bike, I am green with envy you lucky bugger
