We havent had a day here in Oklahoma the past 3 weeks where the wind has dropped below 25 mph.  Most days it is been a steady 30-35-40 MPH.  I bet that thing would cause both wheels to leave the ground if the wind was coming at you from the side!   :o

That thing is dorky, IMHO.

The only good use for it would be if you were doing a stoppie and got a little to heavy on the front brake, you could just do a front flip and keep on rolling. No damage...only to that hideous contraption.

I've seen video of a guy who rigged up a curved bar to allow him to do just that!

I've NEVER been into peanut butter...  it's too sticky...  the animals usually liked butter better...
beside...  I'm trying to change my ways and go for this girl I know.  too many complications, but I'm trying to find a way beyond them.

aww....  I miss the sound of my micron on my previous R6....  sounded like a jet engine taking off.

If/when I ever get to installing my D&D onto the bike, I can finally have a better sounding exhaust... of course, I still need to figure out what to do cosmetically...  it's a used can with some minor scratches...  powder coat?

Matt...  did you ever hear my Micron on the old R6?  I don't remember if I started it up.

Hey Ann long time no see,  did you put the led light kit on your new R6 also?  And hey you only live once just ask the girl out , worse thing that can happen is she will say yes and you'll get married in a few years and she'll want you to stop ridding.   :icon_mrgreen:

Yes...  same girl.      ...but on my defense, it's only been a year since I met her...  and I *HAD* decided not to ask her out and just stay friends...

...but...  ever since then, we've hung out a few times, become ever better friends...  I've gotten to know her quirks, she's gotten to know mine...  we just have LOADS of fun at a work environment that just...  SUCKS.

unfortunately, the scratches are slightly too deep to just polish out...   I still don't know why I bought a USED can for my NEW bike...
...oh yeah.... I remember now.  it was only $90.

Dave!  I sure miss seeing you post.
if you're talking about the red moving LED light in the rear of the bike, I did not put it on... I want to, but there's a couple other mods that are a little more important to me than that...
Yellow HID - done
Exhaust - purchased but too lazy to fabricate a midpipe and install
rim tape - I liked the look on the GS, but I can't convince myself that it's worth $30.  lol

and about the girl...  you'd THINK that'd be the worst...  lol
The really worst would be that human resources would be called and I'd get fired....
(I'm TECHNICALLY her boss... although I always believed in NOT showing that rank status to my associates...  it creates a more friendly environment.  And I *KNOW* that she doesn't think of me as her boss either...  )

(wait a min...  I'd get fired...  from a job I don't like... free to pursue another job opportunity...hmmm....)

brb...  I gotta call her asap...

Did you want reflective blue rim tape?  I might have some in the garage. . . let me know and I'll see if I can find it.  Bought it for the 750 but never put it on. . to lazy these days.

If you do find it, I'll take it off your hands for you...  but on one condition...

I pay you what it cost...  I don't want you to sell it to me for anything lower than that...  I still remember the time you just sent me a rim so see if I wanted it...  and when made an offer, you said that was too high?!?!?  lol

You, dear Sir, are crazy.  But you're good people.
