I have this Suzuki 2.5 V6 4x4 they have made a revision of the cilinders, to do this they totally had to take the engine appart.
Now I notice a vibration of the engine that was not there before the revision.. the garage claims it is a matter of breaking in the engine.
I feel uncomfortble with this explanation. is it possible they made a mistake with the assembly? does this V6 has a ballance system inside?
is there anyone who can help me with an explosion view?

i call bullshit on the garage. they didn't do something right. a four cylinder of today is silky smooth at worst, and v6's are so smooth it's difficult to feel them running at all, in my opinion.
i'd bet on either a badly timed engine, bad motor mount, or just shoddy re-assembly. the 'break in' period of the engines new life should be just as smooth and buttery power (if not more so) as it was before the tear down.
i'll call suzuki corporate and explain my concerns. will this effect you warrantee ?
I've gotta agree with ohgood. That sounds like a lame excuse for "we didn't torque something to spec" or something of that nature. If its really noticable I'd persist and talk to the shop manager.
Could be that they started bolting the engine or transmission in before they got everything aligned correctly.It causes the mounts to bind and transmit vibration through the vehicles chassis or unibody.I used to be an auto mechanic and worked for BMW manufacturing facility here in Greer,SC.It's a rare problem with new cars but some dealership mechanics get in a rush and over look this crucial step.A engine or transmission mount binding can and will cause engine and transmission problems as mileage increases.If there is another dealership around I would take it to them with your concerns.
