Title: jetting questions and formula stuff

currently

stock exhaust
foam filter
125/40   with 2 washers

currently at 2.5 turns out on the screw



does that seam right?
is each bike a bit different, someay they have 3.5 turns some 3

also when i twist the throttle, it appear to stumble for a milli-second

can this be improved, shoudl i be at 3 turns out exactly

carbs have been synched!

I believe I have the same setup as you.

Stock can, UNI foam filter.  I am running 125/40's and 3 turns out. with 1 washer.  I would try turning your screws out that 1/2 turn and see if it helps.   :thumb:  

dont worry about the washers.  They only affect mid-range.

It is under no load?? well check float levels...They should be right at the top of the bowl and the 2 should be equal. How is it under load. How are the plugs. I believe you are dealing with a small differential between the 2 in their settings.
