Initial thoughts : HOLY HORSEPOWER BATMAN :o :o :o, but its smooth and very controllable with instant throttle response, something I am still getting used to as the adjustment movement itself is miniscule in comparison to the GS.
Shes smooth as a kitten when cruising down the road but if that dork beside you wants to drag race and won't get out of my "escape lane", which i like to have as often as possible, a small blip on the throttle yields appropriate passing speed to put a car between you and him :) :)
Sticks to the road like the tires are glues to it and is just so smooth. :) :)
and here is the reason i couldn't put pics up until today

every thread needs a little Bass
That is a Damn Fine Bike My Friend ,
:thumb:
Pretty fine largemouth as well!
Beautiful bike! Looks like it's been treated well!
The bass looks good too, but I wouldn't keep it in the garage.
Anyone else old like me that thinks of ONE thing when someone says "bass"?
BASS-O-MATIC! -- "Wow! That's GREAT BASS!"
I'm too lazy to link it, but I know you can go to U-Tube and search Bass-o-matic.
At any rate...enjoy the bike and the bass. Not at the same time. :thumb:
Yeah the bass was tasty, the first one I've cough in a while worth keeping and skinning the fillet when butchering is well worth the trouble as it takes all of the overpowering fishy flavor out leaving the yummy meat behind and man was it good.
But, While the bass was a blast I think the GSXR has it beat
purrrrrrrrrrrrdy ! congrats on some fun stuff ! life is good :)
yay frame and swing arm spools on the way
Hey nate, just be sure to keep the GS for your yearly spring 'lay down' so you don't rash those pretty new plastics. :icon_lol:
Seriously, though...Nice bike! :thumb: I'm planning on a new SV650sf or Ninja 650 next spring. Decisions, decisions....
btw....everyone knows that the hottest bikes are YELLOW!!
Nice Bike, love the color scheme! Nice Bass too.

  yeah hence the spools on the way. But i will tell you one thing not having to shift is the best thing on earth and when cruising she is smooth, no more buzzy numb hands, and no matter what gear i'm in she will always just go if i twist just a little
