Title: I've searched and searched and still can't find an answer..
Post by: Yev on June 15, 2008, 03:12:38 PM
I am looking to replace my turn signals (front and rear) with the buell turn signals, but I have an GS500F and can't find a conclusive answer on whether or not you can get the front signals on... Can anyone help me out? Will I be able to put them on the front of a faired GS or no?

Thanks
-Yev

since the signals are the same front and rear, i don't see why not.

you'll need an electronic flasher though, unless they changed to those already on the newer models.

(the buell signals flash too fast to be seen properly with the stock temperature actuated flasher)

Also, if someone has a picture of the front and rear on a GSF I would appreciate it!

AHHHHHHH CRAP!I was going to purchase 2 more sets of 4 or enough to do 2 bikes.

Some Harley Davidson dealer ships can order them.Last I checked the signals were 14.95 each and the nuts were 5 pack for $6.95.  :dunno_white:

Hm.  I knew some HD dealers were Buell - but I called the local one and asked if they were a dealer for Buell as well and said no... I wonder if I should call back and specifically ask their parts dept if they can get Buell parts......

Yes.Ask the parts dept manager.Get the part numbers off of Pablo's website and ask specificly for those buell part numbers. http://pantablo500.tripod.com/id31.html  The part numbers are there for front and back.
