HOLY PICTURE RESIZE BATMAN! :o
Wow - that is an awesome looking GS! :o What year is it?
Looks like a contender for the calendar for sure! :thumb:
I was going to say , Filipe_500's Gs is Incredable ... I love it
Damn we need more months in the Year! Theres already 3 For sures ... Filipe_500, Dgyver, And Jim ...
Very very VERY nice work!!
I only have 1 single thing i dont like about it, the headlight.
holy hell! it really looks waayy-too-good. Three years of effort :o
forget the gs, I WANT YOUR DRIVEWAY !
nah, I'm kidding man, that bike looks great ! how did you manage to squeeze 135mph out of a gs engine ?
looks great, and i'm envious of your drive, the tile looks fantastic !
Coooooooool! :thumb:
Lose the headlight and I'd say that's one of the sexiest GS's I've seen yet.
I love it , but the headlight is my Least fav part of it
headlight kills the bike but the rest is sweet
Is that a marble driveway!?!? Haha. Sweet bike! I dont like the headlight, but the bike is very clean! :thumb:
I like it head light and all. Kind of has a certian B-King type flair to it. Good job. :thumb:
+1 on losing the headlight. Swap it for some dual buells and it will be perfect.
+1 on the drive... :thumb:
DLW
Off a Bimoto I Believe
Ehh, don't listen to 'em. I rather like the headlight. It's different and fits with the rest of the lines of the bike. That's one badass GS.
Point Blank, that bike is the Best....It's more than a show Queen though it's beautiful. It's more than a Racer though those numbers flat out Rock. It redefines a creates it's own category.
What type of Handle bars are those?
Its Got the nicest Rear Tail piece off the R6 .. Thats nice ., A hayabusa Rear Wheel thats nice
But then Dgyvers , Has A Sexy Underseat Exhaust * A Silver USD Gsxr Front End* Banana S/A
But at a cost alot lower than than Filpes ,
Jim 's 300 Rear Tire ... Etc .
I think if i could have
That Rear , That Rear Wheel , Dgyvers Front Half of his bike , and Exhaust
Would be a Sex Monster
just added some specs to #1 post!! thx
What handlebars are those?
The new Eastons?

- GSXR rear wheel (using 190/50 r17 tire)
What modifacations would have to be done to run this much tire on the back of an '07 f model?
That is a hot driveway. My kitchen and bathroom don't look anywhere near as good as that driveway.

That's what I was going to say.
Yeah, ditch that headlight, and get something small and inconspicuous. Or dual headlight would be better. Everything else is amazing. Great job!
Very nice work. You did all this yourself? I know you dropped some serious coin on all of those parts. Makes my R6 tail w/ usd fork project look like garbage. Keep the light by the way... Everybody uses the duals. Nice to see something different.
Great looking ride well done.
Such a large headlight does look out of place though. Duel Buel or Duel Duc headlight would look nice with the sporty tail.
Only my opinion though. Calendar material for sure :thumb:
Is this your ride?......Looks like it to me. 263km/hr thats quick

Filipe_500 , Why not do a few write ups for the rest of us ??
Eg , GSXR rear wheel (using 190/50 r17 tire)
- GSXR600 2006 USD forks
Is what i wanna no :thumb:
Again, you make me sick with your disgusting bikes.....

You and jim knopf build the best of the best

Hi mate!
I used the stock swing arm and send to a shop to get it modified. They had to do a lot of work on it.
To use the GSXR600 USD forks, I had to go to a machine shop to get them to do a few adaptors for me.
I will try to send some more datailed pictures.... :)
I was thinking that , a 160 is a tight fit , so they must have done alot to it !
Lovely job tho dude
Dont like the headlight, dont like the tail ... all else is great, and why you have renthals on it instead of clip on's.
Cool.
Buddha.
felipe builds streetfighters man. The dirt bars are the shiznit. Love it all but the headlight
Oh ... clip on's are not supposed to be on street fighters ???
I guess that is the standard convention, but if a bike came with tube bars, then put clip on's ...
Cool.
Buddha.
Mines a Streetfighter with Clip ons.. I no the ussual Ones have Mx Bars
servus,
nice bike felipe. great job.
but the headlight is toooooo big.
i prefer this one:
its from a yamaha mt03. or you take a v-rod light or the small mask from the b-king.
and the rear seat is too long in my opinion. 8)
I wish I can buy parts for my bike and have a shop do the hard work :thumb:

better?
Mhmm That Looks Good!
Looks good.
Just curious, How hard was the Koso RX2 dashboard to install on the GS?
Filipe
You probably have the Yamaha headlight on order now but I was looking at pictures of various KTM's the other day and when looking at the Super Duke's headlight I thought of your bike. Looks smaller than the Busa's and still looks real classy.
Just a thought :thumb:
Dyno run!!!!!
Awwwwweesome I Love it! Great work. :thumb:
WOW.. very nice indeed.. the second set with the yellow headlight..keep that one. the first picture kinda looks like a guy with his jaw dropping. oh and you really misplaced the bike .... the bike took 2 seconds of my attention and the freaking driveway of yours took 2 minutes gawking at it. :icon_lol:
Final specs:
- 57hp on the engine
- 52,5hp on rear wheel
- 5kgfm torque!! (38ft lbs)
the only thing is that i lost some top end power in 6th gear because i'm using a megacycle cam which lower my power range around 1000rpm
so how do i go about makin mine look like that lol. alot of custom fitting for that r6 rear tail?
Damn! That's a hot bike! I love it all. I thought I loved the Hyabusa headlight until I saw that Yamaha light. Go for it (with the yellow housing). Man.
And great numbers on that dyno run, too.
:o
Finally someone who did a 06 GSXR600 front end conversion!
Fillpe, please explain what you had to do to fit this front end.
busa front end ***
The OP said in the original post that it's a "GSXR600 2006 USD forks". Althrough the calipers look like their off a 04-05 Gixx.
I'd also like to know what sort of mods were needed to fit this R6 tail.
Is it off an 06-07 model?
Filipe,
It looks like you are using a GS front wheel. If you are, what did you have to do to make that work?
Sweet bike!! Vote for Yamaha light, but I'm partial. It looks a lot like the naked FZ1 they sell overseas.
Nice work!!

It looks like the stock GSXR wheel to me.
headlight kills it for me too. but the rest is awesome. the assend of it is sweet. the tail looks great
