I have a 97 GS500E for sale and it has only 6k miles only. Its blue and i recently just took it to a repair shop and it runs great. But has some minor scrathes but not a big thing. This bike is excellent for beginners and as a starter bike. Leave a message if you're interested.

:icon_razz:
Screw that - hes trying to raise the price $500 bucks now. :nono:
actually its only $300 more. After checkin it on KBB its worth $1800 but im only selling it for $1600. Also i told you i would get back at you for the price.
Hi all,
Actually, looking at the photos, that bike is certainly worth more than the $1,300 he originally mentioned, and you all know it.
It is clean and shiny and looks to be in good shape, with maybe some rust on the headers, which is typical.
Even at $1600 it is a good deal, especially compared to some of the wrecks many of the board members buy for $1000 or more and then pump lots of time, parts and energy onto to make them roadworthy.
This appears to be a ready-to-ride GS500 in nice shape. Of course, I'm basing that on one photo, but it appears to be healthy.
If the tires, chain, tank (no rust inside), and running performance are good, then this ia a great bike for someone.
And be honest with yourselves, people --- that original $1300 mention was way low for a bike in very good shape with low miles like this one.
Let's be honest with this seller.
He hasn't many posts here.
At least, no one should want to rip him off.
I don't know him at all, but he is making a good faith effort to sell his nice GS and we should be honest as well.
Best wishes,
Todd

Yo Skidmax,
You're being ridiculous.
And it's not even my bike,

No, I think its lame that after a price was given, the seller received interest at the price so he decided to milk the buyers for more by raising the prices, thats all.
And for the last F*king time, my name is S I K D M A X. Unlike some here, I dont have skidmarks in my pants. S I K D M A X SIKDMAX SIK DMAX
Actually, goofball (oh sorry, that's Sikdmax), it was I who told him he was underpricing the bike because I am being honest. There's no way that $1300 was a fair price for this bike. Way too low, and I told him so.
And since you apparently don't have that trait, it means nothing to you.
And giving people the finger is very mature of you.
Are you 13 years old?
I didn't realize you could get a motorcycle license at 13 in California.
My you are lucky!
This is gonna be fun!
