$336.95 from Starcycle USA, if I return it, they take 20% leaving me with $269.56.

I totally understand. I don't post because I don't know any technical information about the gs. Any way I can get around this? I really dont want to pay return shipping and pay restocking fees. I think I'll break even if I take $300 and pay ups ground myself (lower 48 states). I'd rather they not get the same NIB part and take my $70...Anyone local to the north bay want it?

Yeah, the fact that's nearby - and I could do a pick up as ohgood suggested - is the only reason I put feelers out there. (Hopefully, gsryan has a legitimate reason for bailing, etc.)
From my experience, stuff like this and that whole pizza fiasco are the exceptions, not the rule. Most GSers out there are great! :thumb:
agreed. most if not all , when i joined in '03 were honourable, i wouldnt even have to worry about sending money out. hell i sent money out to one of our canadian bretheren, i was trying to get a metric gs speedo. ( lol the only way a gs would see 200)
he sent it back, when he discovered that he had misplaced it and could not find it. which was quite stellar in my book :cheers:
