Title: Bar ends
Post by: dmp221 on September 01, 2003, 08:58:14 AM
No, not where the stools stop and the waitresses pick up drink orders...the bar-ends on the handlebars....why are they so heavy?  Does this have something to do with damping vibration?

i see the necessity for these things.  i went for a ride yesterday with my dad on his motorcycle and i cant see him in my stock mirrors cause my shoulders get in the way, i tried adjusting multiple times and i guess i am just too buff for it. (6 ft 160 lbs, not so buff)  where can i get these things?

Lex, if you can't see over you shoulders I think you're looking for bar-end mirrors. In the wanted/for-sale board there are several links on good places to get the various kinds.
