Since this forum has forgotten more motorcycle knowledge than I will ever know, I thought I would ask you guys for some advice. Unfortunately, my window for getting a bike is quickly closing so it doesn't look like I'll be getting another GS :sad: So I've begun looking at other bikes and have found a 1993 Honda Nighhawk 750 with 31k miles for $1000. I've spoken with the seller and he says he's maintained it well and there's only some slight cosmetic issues with the bike. I've seen some pics and it looks to be in good shape. I've done some research and the consensus seems to be that the nighthawk 750 is a great bike with little or no issues just like the GS.
I'm going to test ride it today or tomorrow and wanted to get some comments from anyone that has any experience with a bike like this before checking it out. So, if you have any advice or things to look out for with this bike in particular please post it here. Thanks for all your help guys!
