I need a full, working carb assembly for my 93. Current one is pretty beat up.
Will pay cash money. I'm in Binghamton, New York, but I'll pay to ship.
Thanks
I've got two sets of carbs, haven't cleaned them up in 6 months though.
Gimmie the weekend to dig into them assuming they survived the move from tampa.
I paid $75 per set. That plus shipping FROM 35243 would be fine by me.
Let me know if you want them, or you can just send yours to ss (the buddha) and he'll straighten them out for you pretty cheap. He'll berate you for something guaranteed, but he'll also make them nice again ;)
That sounds good to me.
Were they working when when they were removed?
Unfortunately the carbs I have are pretty unworkable, so I'm giving up on them.
Theres a set on ebay at $30 I think right now
That non Buy it now BS on ebay is a little bit like pamela anderson's boobies, it can suddenly get huge, much much larger than life ... I was bidding on a nighthawk fuse cover. That item sells new for $13 from ron ayers, and shipping is ~$4 or so. That item went for $22 or so and $12.95 shipping+handling. it wasn't that great looking either, but it was relatively nice, just aged.
I have also seen stuff sell for reasonable $$ but usually that is the rareity. I typically find better common sense pricing from members here. Ebay has a lot of shills or clueless clowns, or just people with lots of $$ and very little sense.
Cool.

I've had my eye on ebay for awhile now and, seeing how it's got nine days left, it'll probably get up there pretty high.
No, 3 days left:

ohgood, did you get to those carbs?
Dude $41 and less than a day left on the ones I linked on ebay - you should get those
I got my eye on 'em.
It's a little ambiguous on the actual state that they're in, but I'm watching.
Wow. The carbs on ebay went from $41 to $132 in 3 minutes.
Buddha, forgive us for ever doubting you.

I've decided to part out my sister's bike since I can't get the title. I've got a set of carbs that work great. They are off of a 95. I've cleaned and cleaned and cleaned them and now the bike is running great.
I've got one other guy that's interested in them but make me an offer on them. If I don't hear back from the other guy, they're yours.
I'm going to let her ride my GS450 while I part this bike out and then she can use the $ to get something else.

Yea ebay moron's will bid that much on a busted ass POS. I typically place my bid with atleast 2-3 days to go, and I never look after that. I win it at my max $$ I take it, else its overpriced POS anyway.
Cool.
