I know this is really short notice but a buddy of mine and I are going riding tomorrow morning. ~250 round trip from Frederick. We'll be heading out of Columbia MD probably around 8am, we should roll through Frederick around 8:30-8:45 and then the real riding starts once we hit Charles Town. Hey, I live west of Frederick and spend most of my time riding in western MD, WV, and PA. I know some great roads myself. The next time you have a ride planned out this way, let me know. I came across this one too late. The brisk pace is perfect.
