I don't think I've ever really posted pics here. I just did some work on her today and figured I'd snap a few pics to post. Anyway, here are the few things I have done to it:
K&N Lunch box
140 main jets
40 pilot jets
No name bar end mirrors
Avon Roadrider tires

140/70 in the rear, 110/80 in the front.

I know, I think it would look much better.

I want to shorten the turn signals at least. I was thinking about replacing them all together. Maybe some clip-ons. Maybe some sort of windshield. And I would really like to get the lower fairing. If I could find one in good condition, I'd buy it.
I too opted for the Avon RoadRiders. I'm using stock sizes though.
As for signal lights, I'm thinking pretty seriously about these:

....moments later....
yeah, I stopped thinking about it and just bought them...
I'm pretty sure the seller has more though!
I got some signals just like those and the quality is kinda low. If they get wet they tend to not work until they are dry again.

Hmm. Thats no good. I guess we'll see how these do. I may have to do my own seal job on em.

i have nearly flat drag bars...

...sorry if I've led you astray, w00derson!
I guess I'll just have to wait and see how they turn out. They don't look too bad, and for that matter, to be honest, I'm a bit of a fair-weather rider anyway. SO, they shouldn't see TOO much moisture. :dunno_white:

No problem. I am a fair weather rider myself. Plus, for under $30 shipped, I guess you can't expect too much.
Nice Bike, Looks good. How do you like those tires? I just bought a set of the Avon Roadriders for my Ninja. I haven't put them on yet, though.

Did you install your signals yet? If so, any pics? I got mine a few days ago. I think I might install them tomorrow.

You got yours already? I've been thinking things aren't right with my order. :bs: I still haven't seen them. I've been anxiously awaiting them! You'll have to show me how yours look. I have nothing to show for my order yet. I checked the tracking link they sent me, and the only info they have is that they were scanned in somewhere in CA and nothing since. Lucky you! Quality seem reasonable?
the bike looks great, kinda off topic but where about in MI are ya? im in the kzoo area.

Eh, the quality isn't the greatest. But for $24, I guess they are okay. I'm surprised yours haven't came. Mine actually came much faster than I expected.
What happened to me was when tightening the nut onto the threaded portion, the whole threaded piece started turning inside of the plastic, if that makes sense. I ripped the threaded piece completely out on accident. But I threaded it back in and its seems alright for now. They come as a set of 4, all of them are identical. The wires were almost too short in the rear. I had to do some yanking on the bikes harness to get them to reach. The wire length from the front was perfect, though.
One thing I was worried about, was the brightness. Being so small, I wasn't sure whether or not they could been seen in the middle of a sunny day. But, they are pretty bright and I think they can be seen pretty well in the sun. They do look MUCH better than the gigantic stock signals.
I may try to get some pics later. If I do I'll post them in here later tonite.

I'm in SE MI. kinda by Novi.

...that's actually part of the problem with the stockers I have on the rear. I was just trying to get rid of the goofy epoxy crusties the PO left on there when he did his "fix". Hopefully mine'll be here soon. I'm anxious to see how the'll look! I'll just have to be careful putting them on! Perhaps I can borrow some of the wire from my current set.

Yea, one of my news ones is stripped. So its kinda loose. It holds tight, but if it gets bumped, it will probably turn. I think I might throw some epoxy in it. Another thing I didn't mention before, is that the wires coming out of the new signal are just exposed with no cover holding them together. There is a wrap that holds the wires on the stock ones, almost like a shrink wrap, but its semi loose. You probably know what I'm talking about. Anyway, the new signals didn't have that. So I just electrical taped the wires almost all the way. Just to keep any moister/debris out.
Here are some real crappy cell phone pics. Don't mind my dads messy HVAC shop (whom I work for, I might add) :) I was going to take it out and get some better ones, but I ended up going golfing and didn't get to it.

w00derson...I finally got mine, and got them installed. It didn't take long for the look to grow on me! Hope you're still enjoying yours.
