Hmm, California just enacted the dumbest hands free law ever that would actually not prohibit you from texting while riding like that guy was...

Thats not funny if he got into a bad accident but thats freakin funny as hell, hes just layin back.. like hes in a recliner, its stupid as hell but looks really silly.

Ive saw a group of riders a few years ago on my way to Va. beach laying back on their bikes. It almost looked like they were haaving a conversation in ajacent hospital beds or something...maybe they did later that day.
