Dont do stage 3, 147.5 or 150's, the cobra was a bit more restricitve than a WFO can like yosh.
150/40/3 turns/1 washer, make sure everythign is clean, make sure floats are set at the right height and there isn't holes or ripped O rings or nothing and yea synch carbs.
I sell a pack with the jets if you like $22 shipped, and I also do the jet job on carbs if you like - $45 and shipping.
Also O ring pack $10 and shipping.
New carbs you said ... maybe its clean, but synch and set floats right though.
Cool.

Why you have new carbs though ??? maybe the problem was some where else and they tried to fix it by making you buy a new carb.
Guess that didn't pan out huh ...

the guy that sold the bike to me couldnt get it to start (he didnt know how to adjust carbs or really do anything) he bought new carbs instead of cleaning the old ones thinking it was better and would fix it... plus i had to fix a hole in the tank and buy a new battery and do fork seals
also you said the set up i should use is 150/40/3 turns right should i get and spare main jets just in case this is too large?
