I got my new choke cable today and want to install it tomorrow. I don't have a cable now to follow since the PO removed it for some reason. The problem is that the Haynes manual I own doesn't offer any help on the routing of the cable once it leaves the left side assembly. Would someone be kind enough to take a picture of the routing or direct me to a site that would describe it for me? Thanks in advance.
bueller?...bueller?

berto, that's exactly what I needed...Thanks!!
Mdow, the PO removed the cable before I bought it so I don't have anything to follow.
ok right on. PM me if you end up needing pictures on the bike
after I finished installing the cable I noticed that nothing prevents the cable from pulling back to the off position. So I have to hold the lever in the on position.
What keeps the choke in the on position? I'm pretty sure I installed it correctly so I think I must be missing a part or something. anyone have any ideas?
the chole lever on the handle bar just stay there. my lever is stiff to turn
I think I figured it out. I checked the microfiche on bikebandit and it seems that I'm missing the slide piece which provides friction on the choke lever so it doesn't move. It's a $1.55 fix :thumb:
