Title: Really frivolous, but it still pisses me off.
Post by: spc on July 16, 2008, 11:02:41 PM
Why the f%$k is it that some severely disturbed POS can hack off his nuts willfully and get the exact same scrip for testosterone that it would be illegal to write for someone to use as an aid in building muscle mass????

I really f%$king hate people at times.

I'm done.

SPC is working out he wants testostarone supplements to increase muscle mass (help build muscle easier) however you can't just go out and get your doc to write you a prescrip for the sake of you not feeling manly enough? Am i somewhere near?

Terry, what is it exactly you are trying to accomplish? or is a goal?

Close.  BUT, you can get a scrip if your feeling like a sissy little Buddha Loves You.........or if you hack off your nuts intentionally.  I guess the biggest gripe here is that we cave in to assisting people that intentionally harm themselves.  Why can't we just let Darwin do his magic and refuse dumb asses like that any medical care.  It would certainly free up the medical system to take care of those of us who aren't f%$king retarded.

Because in one situation, you're replacing a natural source of testosterone that's now gone; in the other case, you're adding to the testosterone that's already there.  Hormones are a delicate balance, and more is not always better.

if you need deca dianobol just contact a tijuana pharmacy.  back in the day i think 10cc was going for 5 bucks and the quality was fine.  i was in san diego at the time so that is where we went.  orals tend to have the rage and acne side effect.  IM is more water and puffyness

I work in the field of Psychiatry and heres a little story that ties into the OP scenario.

While working for a large State Hospital we had a relatively "Good" patient who utilized his Independent hour long pass and went off grounds to the local Burger King down the street.

From what he told me ordered, paid for and ate his meal without any issues, then proceeded to go the Mens Room. While in the Mens Room he chopped off his pee pee and went to the counter and laid it down saying, here your "Tip". He could be categorized as religious zealot and is very preoccupied with religion in general and when asked Why, he said Jesus told him to do it.

As hard as this is to believe it happened, funny yet SIC.....

I had another vaguely related thread about similar 'issues'  and it got tarded because apparently we weren't allowed to approach subjects that might not fit some peoples picture perfect outlook on life.  I will not deny that these people need to have the testosterone replaced in some method, they just need it done in a very regulated setting............like a state mental ward.

These people claim they 'feel more complete' after doing these things.  Yet me wanting to feel more complete by achieving a a goal is a different plane of 'appropriate'.  This really is less about the 'roids and more about our society pushing problems under the carpet and hoping they go away.  Hell, worst case with black market juice, you end up injecting yourself with olive oil.  It won't build muscle mass, but it won't kill you either.

Frankie: I should probably go with IM, I don't think I need anymore rage issues :icon_rolleyes:
RG: more isn't always better, but supplementing what's there with a carefully thought out regimen can most definitely be better.  Look at Sylvester Stallone.  He's 62 and still built like a tank.

With my experiences with Psychiatric patients that want sex changes it is mandatory for them to have 1 year of intensive psychotherapy, I believe this is a standard to in the community.

um... that is not the worst case scenario with black market roids....

just fyi.

also, if you cut off your nuts don't you need to supplement with testosterone as you can no longer make your own?.... I'm pretty sure that you can make your own.... so long as you have nuts...

try creatine.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creatine

makes you moody and retain water but it'll build muscle mass.

Creatine is pure hype shaZam!.  It's effects almost immediately disappear when you stop usage and it has almost no effect on strength, just muscle size.

That was me, yes. :)  He was trying to circumvent the laws against handgun sales over state lines, actually, which is what I was bent about.  What this has to do with not getting your pump-up juice, I dunno.

The adverse effects of androgens among athletes and recreational bodybuilders are under reported and include acne, deleterious changes in the cardiovascular risk factors, including a marked decrease in plasma high-density lipoproteins (HDL) cholesterol level, suppression of spermatogenesis resulting in infertility, increase in liver enzymes, hepatic neoplasms, mood and behavioral disturbances, and long term suppression of the endogenous hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.

But hey, it's your body, not mine.  I just go to the gym. :)

THANK YOU!!!!  That is exactly the point I'm trying to make.  That standpoint is taken with these people that mutilate themselves, so why not with those who want to build more muscle.  I don't expect anyone to help me pay for juice, I can do that.  I don't think my insurance should be involved at all aside from a waiver releasing them from fiscal liability in an incident directly related to steroid use.  I don't expect any sympathy if it doesn't work out quite as intended.  I just want a legally prescribed regimen designed to my needs.
I do go to the gym, though I took quite a break for a while.  There are just some limits that are much easier to push past with a little help.   At peak, I could deadlift a hair under 500lbs, I'm in the mid 400s right now and working back up.  My goal is significantly higher and fairly unattainable without outside intervention..........in my opinion. (yeah, it's possible after years of training and lifting........I'm impatient)
