Thank you to everyone who has shared their knowledge and left it up on the boards to be searched. I've pulled some great resources lately. :) It's been trial by fire learning to work on bikes and thus far my 89 GS500 has been an excellent teacher and very forgiving. I got this bike for free after it sat in someone's garage for 5 years. After 2 sets of spark plugs, 3 oil changes, and having to clean the carbs twice it's a wicked fun bike. :) I have to do a fork job this weekend..
I'm going to look at another GS500 on Sunday.. I need a corner demon for track days.. :) :icon_twisted:
Looking forward to more days of fun and mods to my bikes.. Will post pictures at some point.

no salinas for me.. :( i'm on crutches for another week.. and i was told that if my ass gets tired between here and salinas no one is coming to get me.. :o is along wasy from me casa to salinas!!! maybe later in the year when there is less chance of my knee getting tired/sore..
