Aaaaaand I dumped it
Needed:
Gauge surround ( the metal bracket piece that bolts to the top of the bars and holds both gauges)
Tach
Master Cylinder
Rotor Cover
Stock bars
Can anyone help me out here? Paypal ready and waiting. Thanks
I've got a master cyl.
Guage surround is $35 brand new. Ronayers.com has em.
Stock bars BFD - get bikemaster superbike bars cost $20 and are good chrome. Not cheap ass crap like the GS stockers. or get dirt bike bars $40 or under for aluminum. I can get you some if your dealer gives you BS, but remember shipping will be a beeyatch.
Tach - Yea I may have it, but considering I ower average one I'd shut up and see if someone else chimes in.
Round cover - GS 450 and older GS is all the same. The are actually better than the GS500's.
Cool.
Buddha.
7zark PM sent.
Sorry the guage metal top plate - OK never mind, I was talking about the plastic thing around the guages.
Cool.
Buddha.
I need the part you described as well Buddah
Also need Chrome headlight trim ring
No one? I got a new bike today and need to get this one fixed up and sell it.
Damn, Sikdmax! You move quick! :o :o
Sorry to hear about the spill but glad you're okay. :thumb:
New bike, eh? You know you have to post pics, right? :icon_mrgreen:
Hehe ok Ill post a new thread in the off topic area, its a doozy :icon_mrgreen:
i have some aluminum motocross bars i have been meaning to put on. won't need the stockers after that. i guess i could hurry up if you need them
Got the bars taken care of, but thanks!
Really need chrome headlight trim ring, gauge plastic backing, rotor cover and metal gauge surround still.
Damn man, what did you hit? or how did you hit it. the way youre talkin, sounds rather intense :o
Intense? Not at all - I just like things pristine, especially when its for sale.
Was doing a power wheelie and came up on a buddy too quick and decided to dump it instead of slamming the underside into him. Rotor cover has a crack, trim ring has an inch long scratch, the plastic thing pretty much shattered behind the gauge and the metal gauge surround bent a little.
