Title: New exhasut with my rejet.
Post by: soysss on July 28, 2008, 05:58:08 AM
This is a $25 muffler I bought off JC Whitney.  It sounds amazing and fits the bike perfectly with my 147.5 rejet, lunchbox, one washer and 3.5 turns out.

I have 40 pilots and 147.5 mains, and K&N lunchbox.  Could probly go up to 152.5 or 155 mains.  i also have one washer under probly gonna go up to 2 or three and test some more.

Maybe you could just wrap the entire thing.

I'm doing the same thing really soon, but with a glasspack muffler instead...same thing pretty much. Can't wait...
