07 F model, I have 1400 miles on it, tank is full 2 weeks ago it ran great(commute back and forth to work everyday) Florida rains started so it has been in the garage, went to start up tonight and only runs on one Cylinder(left cylinder) spark is good from right cylinder. I took the carbs off, dropped the right side bowl, it had fuel and it was really clean, cleaned out the three jets and put back together. Still only runs on left cylinder. I need some help, I can build a 1/4 mile car but cant figure out a 2 cylinder bike! Did some searches but my head is spinning...
bump
Change the right plug or swap them over, might be a bad one and spark is breaking down under load. Does the choke make any difference? Spray coils and leads with WD40 or try going over coils, leads and plug caps with hair drier in case they're damp.
Just got home from work, going to try that now. I am also going to check to see if the plug is wet with fuel, it was late last night and I forgot to look for that, Thanks for the help.

Similar to the suggestion given by the mole, you may want to try swapping over the coils and check if the problem switches sides.
Ok came home early, dropped the carbs again and cleaned out right side carb, reassembled and no go still not running on right side, switched coil and plugs, right side still not firing, looked at plug and thought it should be "wetter" than that if no fire? Took carbs out and cleaned again, wasted a whole can of carb cleaner in every orifice I could see! Also did the 2 beer trick while working on it, reassembled and it is runing like a charm! It had to be the Rolling Rock!!
Thanks for all the suggestions!
