This is built to fit a CBR400, somehow i reckon that would be a good tail for my project.

Looks like the gixxer tail that hmmmnz mounted on his and if so its HUGE!
IMO an R6 tail would look great on the GS500.
discussed with the seller, it can be made to fit the size of either cbr250 or 400, it fit the cbr rell well. So i guess the size should be good.

Sorry to go OT here, but yes, it does :laugh: (http://www.gs-500.info/index.php?title=Schrotti) Bike is far away from being finished and the rear frame has to me modded a lot, but it looks very nice. (other mods so far: RF900 (=B12) swing arm and rim, RGV250 USD, pegs, fairing (it's a 1993 frame)

A new sub frame is what I can think of? i don't have any idea about the seat
