That looks totally shady!!!  I love how the pictures are taken is some secluded area and the rear tire is covered in mud.  That bike is stolen for sure...someone should report this or something.

Yeah because there are tons of 'Busas out there with no VIN tag on the frame- that's definetley not ripped....

That vin number was not filed out. It was pinged out. A classic case of pinging it out.
I heard that term from someone, who might have a busa fixation (and he is definitely a Bling bling brother) and he's in charlotte. Enuff said.

Definately stolen If the VIN is filed off the cops or CSI type guys can use an acid on the VIN and the original letters and numbers will pop up even if they have been restamped. By pinging the VIN it compresses the metal underneth making it 100 times harder to raise the original VIN.

Probably not that dumb.  Ebay is fairly anonymous and its hard to track down the actual people behind it.  Send a wire to a western union is pretty hard to trace.

And yes, it looks very stolen...or maybe he's a bush whacker who has engraved numbers and letters  :dunno_white:

Oh yea, lets see, we alert the motorcycle theft division in NC. They watch the auction, and are the high bidders (they dont care, they not really gonna pay for it, they can bid it up to 10,000 or more)
Then they arrange to meet and pay and get the bike. Then they meet and the cops arrest the clown, take the bike and try to find its actual vin and lets see how that works.
How is that for DUMB.

I'm sure whoever ripped that bike will be dealt with in the appropriate manner at the appropriate time. By appropriate I mean beaten with a pipe so badly to ID the person they will have to pick up teeth out of the gutter....I hate goddam theives
