I'm trying to get some general ideas of how much I should sell my bike for. I plan on selling it soon so I will have a car for the winter. The KBB says $3775. I have added about $400 in MODS to the bike. The only con is that when I first got the bike (first hour) I forgot to put the kick stand down and it fell on my leg. It cracked the front fairing but you cannot see it unless you literally go up to it and stare. Also the fliush mounts will cover it. I plan on re buying a bike in the summer when the weather gets better. Here in Maryland the winter gets very cold. I only paid $4100 for it new about 4 months ago. It now has 4,400 miles on it.
Feel free to offer advice to what to do.
(I can't have both a bike and car since I can't really afford the insurance and also I live in a condo where there is no space)
Gas $$ being what they are - sell it now for 4K - easy.
Cool.
Buddha.
Markets vary with demand and supply but I track online auction sales and have been for about 4 years now.

You will probably get more with a local/regional listing for sure.
(I have daily data since April and need to update the page. )
I bought mine for 3000 it is an 06 with 3000 miles on it stock and a small scrape on the fairing. He probably could have sold it for about 3500-4000. That is in florida/alabama though you might not get as much selling it before winter in the north.
