i need to know what the hose number 49 is for?  i have replaced the fuel hoses and now have an extra hose.   :cookoo:

Little more information please:  Hose # 49 on which drawing?  Or which parts list?  What year (not that there is a difference, but maybe)?

sorry.  it is the carb page from the wiki site.  it is a hose that runs from a t between the carbs.  2006  sorry i thought i had pasted a link.

Oh, OK.  It's a vent hose.  Run it from the top tee down below the bike.  Or just leave it off (with the open end of the tee pointing down).

That hose can be missing, but if its there, it should not be blocked or kinked ... missing is best ... It cant be kinked or clogged then ...  :icon_mrgreen:
On a perfectly running bike, put your thumb over it to see what it will do ...
