After looking and waiting for an ebay deal on a Gericke Tribal Jacket I just bought one from a place online.

Shipping was free but for $10 more it is 2nd day so I did that. Ordered it sunday night and got it today (wednesday). Brand new never removed from the plastic etc. Got everything right with the size and color. Jacket is very nice leather and just a tad stiff but I can ride the softness into it! Only complaint is there are only 2 inside pockets and the back armor is kinda weak (just a flat foam pad) But the rest is CE armor and in all the right places. And the arms are nice and long!

Good to hear. The only Gericke gear I have are the summer mesh gloves and I love them. Good ventilation, hard knuckle protection, gel palms, and good, thick yet soft leather palms. They have them on that site for $28.

What did you think you would get for less than $150?????? Come on give us a break as to complaining about only two pocket and not enough padding in the back. You got a great deal and you got what you paid for.
Now what do you need all of the pockets for?
Yes, I am complaining but I can not figure out why you were with such a good deal??????????

I wish I could have found it for $150! I paid $250 for the Leather not the HT Tribal jacket. The rest of the armor is great CE armor but the back is just a thin 1/2" pad of EVA foam. But it can be removed and I emailed Gericke to see about some replacement options. There are no outside pockets at all the only pockets in the whole jacket are 2 inside pockets but they do zip close. This is where I keep my cell phone and wallet and eye drops and keys.
