A long time ago (here comes another damn "story") in 1968 when I was 14 years of age, I heard this catchy little tune with a good beat and thought it was so cool but I couldn't understand what the hell he was saying..........I could only remember a few lines so last month while in my doldrums, I looked up what I could and FOUND his ass. I finally realized this guy was Jamaican and since I understand "field hand" well.........very well enough, I realized he was singing in English in a different dialect and I finally "got it".
Here it is...........this is PRE-reggae (did I spell that correctly?)

Very cool job. Nicely done. You're a freaking genius, I've always said it! :)
A long time ago (here comes another damned story) in 1972 when I graduated High School my parents borrowed $900 to buy me my first car/graduation present! Here's what it looked like EXACTLY with white roll and tuck interior and two speed automatic hydroglide transmisson with tachometer built-in the end of the console. The reason I'm posting it here is because it was a 1966 Convertible 442 with a ROCKET 455.................Kathy Matia (sp?) did a song about the Rocket 455. Could you do that one? Thanks man......
